浅谈国有企业员工的文化认同

摘要 当前,以互联网和手机客户端为代表的新媒体的蓬勃发展,为基层党建工作、思想政治教育工作的内容创新、方式创新奠定了技术上的坚实基础。要利用"微思政"做好国有企业的党建和思政教育工作,提升员工对国家、社会和企业的文化认同,从而提高国有企业的经营管理效能。可从当前国有企业"微思政"工作存在的问题入手,分析做好"微思政"的有效途径,以强化员工的文化认同。 Presently, the booming development of new media, represented by the internet and mobile phone clients,has laid a solid technical foundation for the content innovation and mode innovation of basic-level party construc tion and ideological and political education. We should take advantage of "micro ideological and political education"to better Party building and ideological and political education in state-owned enterprises and enhance employees’ cultural identity with the country, society and enterprises, so as to improve the operation and management efficiency of state-owned enterprises. We can start with the problems existing in the current "micro ideological and political education" of state-owned enterprises, analyze the effective ways of "micro ideological and political education" and strengthen the cultural identity of employees.
