摘要
台湾地区的社区教育已有多年地方实践经验,在实际教学中呈现出硬件建设到软件建设再到多方、内涵发展的路径转向,并在管理体制、参与主体、法制建设等方面具有较为鲜明的地域特色。基于此,探析台湾地区社区教育的实践经验对我们的社区教育发展不无启示,如立法先行,构建政策保障机制;多元参与,调动社会力量积极办学;需求导向,优化教育课程"清单";立足公平,促进城乡协调发展等。
Community education in Chinese Taiwan has been in local practice for many years.In the development of practice,it presents the path of hardware construction to software construction to multi-party and connotation development,and has distinct regional characteristics in management system,participating subject,legal system construction and so on.Based on this,the enlightenment of the practical experience of community education in Chinese Taiwan to the development of community education in the mainland is as follows:legislation first to construct policy guarantee mechanism,pluralistic participation to mobilize social forces to actively run schools,demand orientation to optimize the educational curriculum list,and fairness to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
