摘要
"产教融合"背景下,高职院校融合企业合作办学,培养应用型技能人才模式的优越性日益凸显,针对应用型人才培养模式的深化和改革刻不容缓。因此,在分析当前机械类技能人才培养模式的发展困境基础上,可详细阐述"学徒制"、"专题制作"、"双师导学"等实践模式的建设途径,提出从体制、教学内容、实施过程和评价体系四个方面对高职院校应用型技能人才培养模式进行改革,以为当前及今后高职院校人才培养建设提供参考。
Under the background of industry-education integration,the superiority of the mode of cultivating applied-skilled talents through industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges has become increasingly prominent.It is urgent to deepen and reform the training mode for applied talents.Therefore,based on analysis of the development dilemma of the mechanical skill talent training model,this paper elaborates on the construction methods of practical models such as“apprenticeship”,“special production”,and“double-teacher guidance”,and proposes the four aspects of the system,teaching content,implementation process and evaluation system.The reform of the training model of applied-skilled talents in vocational colleges will provide a reference for the current and future talent training and construction of vocational colleges.
