几种烟叶致香成分对烟草甲的引诱活性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为明确烟叶致香物质与烟草甲选择行为间的关系,选取烟叶中具有代表性的二氢猕猴桃内酯、β-大马酮、异戊二烯、麦芽酚、2,3,5,6-四甲基吡嗪、5-甲基糠醛、异戊酸、3-甲基戊酸、新植二烯、烟碱作为味源物,使用Y型嗅觉仪测定了这几种物质对烟草甲选择行为的影响。结果表明:供试材料中以2,3,5,6-四甲基吡嗪对烟草甲引诱活性最高,引诱活性指数高达86.67%,且在浓度为1.0×10^(-3)mol/L时选择百分率最高。烟草甲对不同类型烟叶的选择性试验结果显示,与白肋烟和雪茄烟叶相比,烟草甲选择行为更趋向于烤烟、香料烟和晒红烟,其中对烤烟的选择性最强。 To explore the relationship between the selection behavior of Lasioderma serricorne and aroma components in tobacco leaves,the representative flavors in tobacco leaves such as dihydroactinidiolide,β-damascenone,isoprene,maltol,2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine,5-methylfurfural,isovaleric acid,β-methylvaleric acid,neophytadiene and nicotine were chosen in this study,and the influences of these odor compounds on the selection behavior of L.serricorne were determined by Y-tube olfactometer.The results showed that2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine had the highest attractivity to L.serricorne with the attractive activity index up to86.67%,and the selective percentage of 2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine was the highest at 1.0×10^(-3 )mol/L.In the subsequent selection experiments,it was concluded that compared with burley tobacco and cigar tobacco,L.serricorne tended to select flue-cured tobacco,oriental tobacco and dark sun-cured tobacco,among which flue-cured tobacco was its favorite.
