一种多元助留体系在再造烟叶生产中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 为了提高再造烟叶基片抄造过程中烟草浆的留着和滤水效果,采用依次在烟草浆中添加固着剂、阳离子絮凝剂和阴离子助剂组成多元助留体系的方法,分析了添加不同助剂的浆料Zeta电位、滤水时间、白水浊度以及白水阳离子需求量,并研究了多元助留体系的应用效果。结果表明:(1)多元助留体系中高阳离子密度的壳聚糖能起到中和胶体物质的作用,高分子量的阳离子瓜尔胶可起到絮凝剂作用,带负电荷的膨润土可以使吸附了阳离子瓜尔胶的纤维絮团之间进一步发生吸附;(2)烟草浆中依次添加质量分数为0.1%、0.1%和0.5%的壳聚糖、瓜尔胶和膨润土时,白水浊度为164.8 NTU,250 g滤液的滤水时间为1.4 s,明显优于使用单一的壳聚糖或瓜尔胶以及两者与膨润土组成的二元助留体系的效果;(3)添加多元助留体系的烟草浆在再造烟叶生产线不同湿部环境下稳定性较好。 In order to promote the retention and drainage properties of tobacco pulp during reconstituted tobacco base sheet making,different fixing agents,cationic flocculants and anionic auxiliaries were successively added into tobacco pulp to form a multiple retention system.The application efficiency of the multiple retention system was studied via analyzing Zeta-potential,drainage time,white water turbidity,and white water cationic demand of tobacco pulp containing different additives.The results showed that:(1)In the multiple retention system,cationic chitosan with a high cationic charge density could neutralize anionic colloid,cationic guar gum with a high molecular weight could improve flocculation effect.In addition,bentonite with anionic charge could effectively enhance the adsorption effect between the fiber floccules adsorbed cationic guar gum.(2)When cationic chitosan,cationic guar gum and bentonite were successively added into tobacco pulp at the rate of0.1%,0.1%and 0.5%respectively,the white water turbidity of tobacco pulp were 164.8 NTU with the drainage time(250 g)of 1.4 s,which was significantly better than a single or dual retention system consisting of chitosan,guar gum or bentonite.(3)The stability of tobacco pulp with the multiple retention system was better in different wet-end environments.
