摘要
头晕/眩晕是一大类常见症状,其病因复杂,涉及多个学科,容易误诊。单一学科诊治模式在头晕/眩晕疾病的评估、诊断和处理等方面具有局限性。近年来提出的多学科协作诊疗模式将机械割裂的学科和专业知识有机结合,更有利于头晕/眩晕疾病的诊治、管理和科学研究,推动诊疗规范化并减轻患者负担。本文对多学科协作诊疗模式在头晕/眩晕疾病的研究进行简要综述。
Dizziness and vertigo are common symptoms.Dizziness and vertigo are heterogeneous disorders which involve many disciplines and have challenges in diagnosis.The single-discipline management has limitations in the evaluation,diagnosis and treatment of dizziness and vertigo diseases.In recent years,multi-disciplinary management has been proposed,which combines the knowledgement of disciplines,and is more conducive to the diagnosis,treatment,management and scientific research of dizziness and vertigo diseases.Therefore,this paper briefly reviews the research of multi-disciplinary management in dizziness and vertigo diseases.
