脑出血患者血清肝细胞生长因子神经生长因子水平与神经功 能缺损的相关性 被引量:2

Correlation between serum HGF and NGF levels and neurological deficits in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的分析脑出血患者肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、神经生长因子(NGF)水平与神经功能缺损的相关性。方法选取濮阳市安阳地区医院2018-01—2020-01收治的237例脑出血患者为研究对象,均于入院时检测HGF及NGF水平,于发病72 h时评估神经功能缺损程度,分析HGF和NGF水平与患者神经功能缺损的相关性。结果237例脑出血患者中神经功能缺损轻中度90.72%,重度9.28%;重度神经功能缺损患者入院时血清HGF及NGF水平均高于轻中度神经功能缺损患者(P<0.05);单项Logistic回归分析后建立多元Logistic回归模型,结果显示脑出血患者入院时血清HGF及NGF水平过表达是推动患者神经功能缺损程度加重的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05);绘制受试者工作曲线(ROC)发现,脑出血患者入院时血清HGF、NGF水平单项预测及联合预测神经功能缺损重度风险的曲线下面积(AUC)均>0.80,有一定预测性能。结论脑出血患者血清HGF、NGF水平与神经功能缺损程度密切相关,入院时血清HGF、NGF高水平可能提示患者神经功能缺损程度严重,可将入院时血清HGF、NGF水平作为脑出血患者神经功能缺损程度的有效预测因子。 Objective To analyze the correlation between the levels of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)and nerve growth factor(NGF)and neurological deficits in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Totally 237 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treat⁃ed in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The HGF and NGF levels of the patients were tested at the time of admission.The neurological deficit was assessed 72 hours after the onset and divided them into mild to moderate,severe neurological deficits,the correlation between HGF and NGF levels and neurological deficits in patients was analyzed.Results Among the 237 patients with cerebral hemorrhage,90.72%of the neurological deficits were mild to moderate,and 9.28%were severe neurological deficits;the levels of serum HGF and NGF in patients with severe neurological deficits at the time of admission were higher than those of patients with mild to moderate neurological deficits(P<0.05);after a single Logistic regression analysis,a multiple logistic regression model was established,the results showed that the overexpression of serum HGF and NGF lev⁃els in patients with cerebral hemorrhage upon admission was an influencing factor that promotes the aggravation of neurological defi⁃cits(OR>1,P<0.05);the receiver operating curve(ROC)was drawn and found that the areas under the curve(AUC)of the single prediction and the combined prediction of serum HGF and NGF levels of the severe risk of neurological deficit for patients with cere⁃bral hemorrhage at the time of admission were all>0.80,which had certain predictive performance.Conclusion Serum HGF and NGF levels in patients with cerebral hemorrhage are closely related to the degree of neurological deficit.The high levels of serum HGF and NGF on admission may indicate that the patient’s neurological impairment is severe.Serum HGF and NGF levels on ad⁃mission can be used as effective predictors of neurological deficit in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
