大孔树脂分离火棘果总多酚工艺条件优化 被引量:1

摘要 用乙醇-水混合溶液从广西宜州的火棘果(Pyracantha fortuneana(Maxim.)Li)中提取总多酚,在单因素实验的基础上,通过响应面优化法得到影响D-101大孔树脂吸附火棘果总多酚的优化条件,并建立数学模型;探讨了溶液pH值、吸附时间和吸附温度对火棘果总多酚吸附率的影响,并对实验的显著性和方差进行了分析,结果表明最佳条件为吸附时间120 min、溶液pH值5、吸附温度70℃,火棘果总多酚的提取率为0.24472%,模型预测值为0.23870%,组合实验结果比模型预测值小0.00602%. Taking the Pyracantha fortuneana(Maxim.)Li from Yizhou,Guangxi as the experimental material,the total polyphenols in the Pyracantha fortuneana(Maxim.)Li were extracted.The solvent used was an ethanol-water mixed solution.Based on the single factor experiment,the optimal process conditions for the separation of the total polyphenols from the Pyracantha fortuneana(Maxim.)Li for D-101 macro-porous resin were obtained by response surface optimization method and a mathematical model was established to study the factors affecting the extraction rate of total polyphenols from the fire spine fruit fortune:pH value of solution,adsorption time,adsorption temperature,and the significance and variance of the experiment were tested.It is concluded that the optimal conditions were adsorption time 120 min,solution pH=5,adsorption temperature 70℃and the extraction rate of total polyphenols from the Pyracantha fortuneana(Maxim.)Li fortune was 0.24472%.The predicted value of the model was 0.23870%,and the combined experimental results were 0.00602%less than the predicted value.
