摘要
常减压装置作为炼化企业处理量较大、能耗较高的装置受到了学者们的广泛关注。目前,炼化企业常减压装置操作优化与换热网络优化大多分别进行。文章借助Aspen Plus流程模拟软件及相关组件,在中段取热与换热网络结合分析的基础上,增加了碳排放方面的核算分析。结果表明:当常二中取热比例从33.1%提高到38.1%,减三中取热比例由40%降低到35.4%时,不仅可以增加约1.46亿元/年的净利润而且可以减小约1.5%的装置碳排放。综上,装置中段取热优化可在限制碳排放在合理范围内的同时尽可能提高企业利润,从而为企业进行相关优化提供理论基础。
Atmospheric and vacuum units(AVDU),as a device with larger processing capacity and higher energy consumption in refining and chemical enterprises,have attracted extensive attention from scholars.At present,most of the atmospheric and vacuum units operation and heat exchange network optimization in refining and chemical enterprises are carried out separately.In this paper,with the help of Aspen Plus process simulation software and related components,the calculation and analysis of carbon emissions are added on the basis of the combined analysis of the heat extraction and heat exchange network in the middle section.The results show that:when the proportion of heat extraction in atmospheric cut 2 increases from 33.1%to 38.1%,and the proportion of heat extraction in vacuum cut 3 decreases from 40%to 35.4%,it will not only increase net profit by about 146 million yuan per year,but also reduce about 1.5%of carbon emissions from the units.In summary,the optimization of heat extraction in the middle section of the AVDU can increase corporate profits as much as possible while limiting carbon emissions within a reasonable range,thereby providing a theoretical basis for operation optimization.
