摘要 采用流程模拟技术对某气田终端处理厂凝析油稳定单元进行了流程建模,分析了实际工况与设计工况的偏差。通过优化装置操作参数,使装置运行适应了新的生产条件。优化换热流程每年可降低导热油炉燃料气消耗32.5万m^(3),并解决了装置运行过程中存在的闪蒸气放空问题。降低塔顶进料流量至250 kmol/h时,每年可降低导热油炉燃料气消耗21.3万m^(3),进一步稳定了闪蒸气压缩机负荷。可为类似装置优化运行提供参考,保障处理厂节能降耗、平稳高效运行,对企业生产管理工作有积极意义。 The process modeling of condensate stabilization unit in a natural gas treating plant was carried out by process simulation.By optimizing the operation parameters of the unit,the operation of the unit is adapted to the new production conditions.The optimization of heat transfer process can reduce fuel gas consumption of heatconducting oil furnace by 325,000 Nm^(3),and solve the problem of flash vapor venting existing in the operation of the device.When the top feed of the condensate stabilization tower is reduced to 250 kmol/h,fuel gas consumption of the heat-conducting oil furnace can be reduced by 213,000 Nm^(3) and further stabilize the flash vapor compressor load.It can provide reference for the operation optimization of similar units,guarantee the energy saving and consumption reduction,and maintain stable and efficient operation for the treating plant,which has positive significance to the production management of enterprises.
