癌症儿童照顾者心理适应研究进展

Research progress on psychological adaptation of caregivers of children with cancer

照顾者是癌症儿童的主要支持力量,照顾者的心理适应状况对患儿的治疗和预后意义重大。评估照顾者的心理适应,有助于临床工作人员了解其心理发展状况,对其予以有针对性的心理健康干预。本文从癌症儿童照顾者心理适应的研究现状、影响因素以及干预措施等方面进行综述,以期为进一步开展相关研究,提高癌症儿童及照顾者的生活质量提供依据。

As the main support force for children with cancer,the psychological adaptation of caregivers is of great significance for the treatment and prognosis of children with cancer.Assessing the psychological adaptation of caregivers helps clinical staff understand their psychological development and provide targeted mental health interventions.This paper reviewed the current situation,influencing factors and intervention measures of psychological adaptation of caregivers of cancer children,in order to provide basis for further relevant research to improve the quality of life of cancer children and caregivers.
