Nd:YAG口腔激光联合康复新液治疗青少年正畸后慢性牙龈炎的疗效及对口腔健康状况的影响

Efficacy of Nd:YAG oral laser combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of chronic gingivitis after orthodontics in adolescents and its influence on oral health

目的探讨Nd:YAG口腔激光联合康复新液治疗青少年正畸后慢性牙龈炎的疗效及对口腔健康状况的影响。方法将90例正畸后慢性牙龈炎青少年按随机数字表法分为研究组、对照A组、对照B组,每组30例。3组均予以牙龈清洁术,于此基础上,对照A组予以Nd:YAG口腔激光治疗,对照B组予以康复新液治疗,研究组予以Nd:YAG口腔激光联合康复新液治疗。比较3组疗效、治疗前后牙龈疼痛程度、牙龈肿胀程度、口腔健康状况指标(探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、牙龈指数)、龈沟液炎症因子指标(前列腺素E2、可溶性黏附分子-1、白细胞介素-1β)水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照A组、对照B组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后牙龈疼痛程度及肿胀程度均显著低于对照A组、对照B组(P<0.05),探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、牙龈指数水平显著低于对照A组、对照B组(P<0.05),龈沟液前列腺素E2、可溶性黏附分子-1、白细胞介素-1β水平显著低于对照A组、对照B组(P<0.05)。结论Nd:YAG口腔激光联合康复新液治疗青少年正畸后慢性牙龈炎疗效显著,能显著减轻牙龈炎症反应,降低牙龈肿胀、疼痛程度,改善口腔健康状况。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Nd:YAG oral laser combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of chronic gingivitis after orthodontics in adolescents and its influence on oral health.Methods A total of 90 adolescent children with chronic gingivitis after orthodontics were divided into study group,control group A,and control group B according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.All three groups were treated with gingival cleansing.Based on this,the control group A was treated with Nd:YAG oral laser,the control group B was treated with Kangfuxin liquid,and the study group was treated with Nd:YAG oral laser combined with Kangfuxin liquid.The efficacy,the degree of gingival pain,the degree of gingival swelling,the oral health status indicators[probing depth(PD),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI)],gingival inflammatory cytokines index[prostaglandin E2(PGE2),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)]levels before and after treatment of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain and swelling of the gums in the study group were lower than those in the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).The levels of PD,SBI,PLI,and GI in the study group were lower than those in the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).The levels of PGE2,sICAM-1,and IL-1βin the gingival crevicular fluid of the study group were lower than those in the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined use of Nd:YAG oral laser and Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of chronic gingivitis in adolescents after orthodontics is significant,it can further alleviate the gingival inflammatory reaction,reduce the swelling and pain of gingiva,and improve the oral health of children.
