意识形态领导权与意识形态话语权的辨析与演化

意识形态领导权与话语权是实现权力意志的两个交叉维度,两者有各自存在的理论基础,并在各自理论实践领域发挥各自独特功能。意识形态领导权与话语权最大的区别在于意识形态领导权侧重于意识形态话语在社会群体中的引领力,而意识形态话语权本质上是对物质关系、阶级关系所产生的意识形态产物的确认和再塑。意识形态领导权是意识形态工作的核心,意识形态话语权是意识形态工作的旨向,两者彼此交融,相互演化,存在正相关性。演化载体、演化体系、演化基石、演化动力四个方面构成了意识形态领导权向意识形态话语权演化的逻辑机理。

Ideological leadership and discourse power are two cross dimensions in realizing the will of power,which have their own theoretical basis and perform their own unique functions in their respective theoretical and practical fields.The biggest difference between ideological leadership and discourse power lies in that ideological leadership focuses on the leading power of ideological discourse in social groups,while ideological discourse power is essentially the confirmation and reshaping of ideological products produced by material relations and class relations.Ideological leadership is the core of ideological work,and ideological discourse power is the aim of ideological work.They blend with each other,evolve with each other and have positive correlation.This paper explains the logical mechanism of the evolution from ideological right to ideological discourse right from four aspects:evolution carrier,evolution system,evolution cornerstone and evolution power.
