摘要
利用Aspen Plus对连续萃取精馏过程进行模拟,选择NRTL-HOC热力学方法进行精馏塔的估算与操作条件优化。结合模拟结果,对水和醋酸二元物系进行了间歇萃取精馏实验,考察进料比、回流比、精馏时间对醋酸浓度的影响。结果表明:在回流比为4、进料比为1.0时,水和醋酸的分离效果最好,在蒸馏400min时,达到分离要求。
In this paper,making use of Aspen Plus to simulate continuous extractive distillation was implemented,including having NRTL-HOC thermodynamic method selected to calculate the rectifying column and to optimize the operating conditions.Through combined with the simulation results,the experiment on the batch extractive distillation of the water and acetic acid binary systems was carried out to investigate the influence of feed ratio,reflux ratio and rectifying time on the acetic acid concentration.The results showed that,as for the reflux ratio of 4 and the feed ratio of 1.0,the separation effect of the water and acetic acid is the best and a separation can be reached at a distillation time of 400min.
