With the development and popularization of the internet,"fingertip government"have come into being from scratch and become more and more popular.There are various government microblogs,official accounts,and WeChat groups,which makes one feel dazzling.It has become a universal demand to handle business through"Internet+government"service platforms such as apps,official accounts,and mini programs,and the outbreak of the epidemic has further promoted the development of online services.The continuous development of"fingertip government"has shortened the distance between the government and the masses,and helped one to provide services to the"last mile".However,several problems have also appeared in the process of its development,such as system instability,too many ports,etc.With that,we must take the effective measures to promote much faster and the better development of"fingertip government".
