生态系统恢复力原则的属性和功能

摘要 生态科学研究表明,由于生态系统的恢复力正遭受着破坏,生态环境质量出现不升反降的情况,生物多样性在减少,森林草场退化等问题仍然层出不穷。面对这一系列问题,构建生态系统恢复力原则成为重要的选择。该原则所具有的属性将有效发挥其在环境治理中的作用,以增强生态系统的恢复力,加强生态系统适应环境问题的能力,维护经济发展与生态保护之间的平衡。 As the ecological scientific research shows,the resilience of the ecosystem is being destroyed,which has led to some emerging problems such as the quality of the ecological environment falling instead of rising,biodiversity decreasing,forest and grassland degradation.In solving such problems,building the principle of ecosystem resilience has become an important choice.Because of its attributes,the principle will effectively play its role in environmental governance in terms of enhancing the resilience of the ecosystem,strengthening the capability of the ecosystem to adapt to environmental problems,and maintaining the peace between economic development and ecological protection.
