长时运动诱发试验在周期性麻痹诊断中的应用

摘要 目的探讨长时运动诱发试验(LET)在周期性麻痹诊断中的应用。方法对20例周期性麻痹患者(周期性麻痹组)及20例除外周期性麻痹的肌无力患者(对照组)进行LET,并分析对照两组的复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP)波幅结果。结果 LET后120min,周期性麻痹组CMAP波幅较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CMAP波幅降低36.3%时,对周期性麻痹的诊断有最高的敏感度和特异度。结论长时运动诱发试验在周期性麻痹的诊断中有重要价值。
