加油站标准金属量器密闭性能的改进及应用

Improvement and Application of Standard Metal Gauge in Gas Station

针对加油站每月对加油枪计量精度自校使用的标准金属量器存在加油枪与量器接口、量器回罐管与油罐卸油口不密闭,导致油气在量器罐口积聚和挥发,造成安全和环保风险的问题,提出了在量器罐盖上加装与加油枪口径一致的铝制快速接头和在量器回罐加装快速接头的措施。介绍了改进措施所需的材料、费用、改造方法以及改进效果。经检测,改进后量器罐口油气浓度大大降低,避免了油气聚集和挥发,降低了安全和环保风险,保护了环境,减少了大气污染。

Some problems exist in the standard metal gauge being used in gas stations to calibrate the measurement accuracy of the refueling nozzle every month,such as the unsealed interfaces between the refueling nozzle and the gauge,the return pipe of the gauge and the unloading port of oil tank,which can lead to the accumulation and volatilization of oil vapor at the tank mouth of the gauge,resulting in safety and environment risks.The measures of installing aluminum quick coupling with the same caliber as the refueling nozzle on the tank cover of the metal gauge and installing the quick coupling on the return pipe of the metal gauge are put forward.The material,cost,modification method and effect of improvement measures are introduced.After testing,the oil vapor concentration at the tank mouth of the improved gauge is greatly reduced,which can avoid oil vapor accumulation and volatilization,reduce safety and environmental risks,protect the environment and reduce air pollution.
