技术治理已经成为当代社会治理的主导趋势,乡村治理作为社会治理的特殊领域,技术治理在其中发挥着重要作用。技术治理要在推动乡村有效治理的过程中发挥积极效应,需要与乡村社会变迁相适应,在重构乡村治理体制和机制的过程中与乡村社会的传统治理资源有机结合,积极探索技术治理背景下村民自治的有效实现形式。

Technological governance has become the dominant trend of contemporary social governance.Rural governance,as a special field of social governance,plays an important role in technological governance.In order to play a positive role in the process of promoting effective rural governance,technical governance needs to adapt to the changes of rural society,organically combine with the traditional governance resources of rural society in the process of restructuring rural governance system and mechanism,and actively explore the effective realization form of villagers’autonomy under the background of technical governance.
