摘要
目的探讨预防性护理联合Autar风险评估对髋部骨折术后患者深静脉血栓发生率的影响。方法取2019年1月~2019年12月因髋部骨折来我院接收手术治疗的108例患者为研究对象,随机设为研究组与对照组。对照组取常规干预,研究组则采取预防性护理与Autar风险评估相结合的方案。比较两组干预前后的实验室及下肢检测指标,肿胀、疼痛及深静脉血栓发生情况以及住院时间、患者护理满意度情况。结果与对照组干预后相比研究组D二聚体及下肢双腿周径均较低,而下肢血流速度较高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组肿胀、疼痛及深静脉血栓发生率均较低(P<0.05);研究组住院时间较短,而护理满意度评分则较高(P<0.05)。结论对髋部骨折患者在术后采取预防性护理与Autar风险评估相结合的干预方法,能够有效降低深静脉血栓的发生,降低患者肿胀及疼痛情况出现,缩短患者康复时间。
Objective To explore the effect of preventive care combined with Autar risk assessment on the incidence of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in postoperative patients with hip fracture.Methods 108 patients admitted to our hospital for surgical treatment due to hip fracture from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly assigned to study group and control group.The control group received routine intervention,while the study group adopted a combination of preventive care and Autar risk assessment.Laboratory and lower extremity indexes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.The occurrence of swelling,pain,deep vein thrombosis,length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of patients were also compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the d-dimer and the lower leg circumference were lower in the study group,while the lower limb blood flow velocity was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of swelling,pain and deep vein thrombosis was lower in the study group(P<0.05).The study group had a shorter hospital stay and a higher nursing satisfaction score(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive care combined with Autar risk assessment can effectively reduce the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis,reduce swelling and pain in patients with hip fracture,shorten the recovery time of patients..
