摘要
从理论上探讨了环境动态性与竞争性对企业双元创新的影响,以及创业导向在其中所发挥的调节作用,并以321家高新技术企业为研究样本进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:环境动态性、环境竞争性对企业突破性创新和渐进性创新均具有显著的正向作用;环境动态性和竞争性正向影响双元创新平衡性和互补性;创业导向负向调节环境动态性与竞争性对突破性创新的影响,正向调节环境动态性与竞争性对渐进性创新的影响,且相比环境竞争性,创业导向在环境动态性与突破性创新之间的负向调节效应更强,而相比环境动态性,创业导向在环境竞争性与渐进性创新之间的正向调节作用则更为显著。
The paper discusses the influence of environmental dynamism and competitiveness on the dual innovation of enterprises,and the moderation role of entrepreneurial orientation in the theoretical way.The practical test based on study samples of 321 high-tech enterprises shows environmental dynamism and competitiveness both exert a significant positive influence on the breakthrough innovation and incremental innovation.The environmental dynamism and competitiveness positively influence the balance and complementarity of the dual innovation.Entrepreneurial orientation negatively moderates the influence of the environmental dynamism and competitiveness on the breakthrough innovation,and positively moderates the influence of the environmental dynamism and competitiveness on the incremental innovation.Compared with environmental competitiveness,the negative effect of the entrepreneurial orientation moderating the influence of environmental dynamism on the breakthrough innovation is stronger.While,compared with the environmental dynamism,the positive effect of the entrepreneurial orientation moderating the influence of environmental dynamism on incremental innovation is more significant.
