“智能+”时代智能制造后发企业从追赶到超越的演化与机理研究--以新松机器人公司为例

Research on the Evolution and Mechanism of Intelligent Manufacturing Latecomers from Catch-up to Beyond Catch-up in“Intelligence+”Era:A Case Study of SIASUN

基于机会窗口视角,以新松机器人公司为例,对智能制造后发企业智能制造模式演化中的开放式双元创新进行研究,进而揭示出从追赶到超越的演化和机理。研究发现:智能制造后发企业在从追赶到超越过程中,面对多维叠加的机会窗口,企业的智能制造模式经历了个性化定制、基于产业链协同的柔性制造和精益生产、产品全生命周期数字一体化的演化。企业的开放式双元创新经历了内部双元、跨组织边界双元、开放式双元的演化。追赶结果呈现出拳头产品逆向创新、产品线延伸创新、全产品协同创新进阶式特征。在“智能+”时代,面对多维叠加的机会窗口,后发企业智能制造模式中的开放式双元创新的动态演进,成为实现追赶和超越的支撑因素。

Based on the perspective of window of opportunity,taking SIASUN Robot Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper studies open ambidexterity innovation in the evolution of the intelligent manufacturing mode of the latecomer intelligent manufacturing enterprises,and then reveals the evolution and mechanism from catch-up to beyond catch-up.It is found that in the process of catch-up to beyond catch-up,facing multidimensional windows of opportunity,the intelligent manufacturing mode of the enterprises has experienced the evolution of personalized customization,flexible manufacturing based on industrial chain collaboration,lean production and digital integration of product life cycle.The open ambidexterity innovation of enterprises has experienced the evolution of internal ambidexterity,cross organizational boundary ambidexterity and open ambidexterity.The catch-up results show the advanced characteristics of reverse innovation of fist products,extension innovation of product line and collaborative innovation of whole product.In the“intelligent+”era,facing the multi-dimensional superimposed windows of opportunity,the dynamic evolution of open ambidexterity innovation in the intelligent manufacturing mode of latecomer enterprises has become the supporting factor for catch-up and beyond catch-up.
