摘要
随着国内、国际双循环新发展格局逐步形成,制造业企业嵌入创新网络,通过跨界合作提高企业创新能力,成为培养新业态、新模式的重要一环。文章基于长三角地区220家先进制造业企业调查数据的实证研究,结果发现:构建嵌入性创新网络有利于跨界合作行为的开展和企业创新能力的提升;跨界合作对企业创新能力有正向促进作用;水平跨界合作在嵌入性创新网络和企业创新能力之间起中介作用。研究结论对于提升本土先进制造业企业创新能力有重要借鉴价值。
With the gradual formation of the new development pattern of domestic and international double cycle,manufacturing enterprises are embedded in the innovation network,and improving their innovation ability through cross-border cooperation has become an important part of cultivating new formats and new models.Based on the survey data of 220 advanced manufacturing enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta,the empirical results show that the construction of embedded innovation network is conducive to the development of cross-border cooperation and the improvement of enterprise innovation ability;cross border cooperation has a positive effect on the innovation ability of enterprises;horizontal cross-border cooperation plays an intermediary role between embedded innovation network and enterprise innovation capability.The research conclusion has important reference value for improving the innovation ability of local advanced manufacturing enterprises.
