要素投入质量改善对中国TFP增长率的影响

The Impacts of Factor Inputs.Quality Improvement on Growth of TFP in China

文章运用《中国经济行业生产率数据库》,遵循理论方法测算1980-2018年间中国经济的资本和劳动投入,然后采用Jorgenson增长核算模型测算TFP并探索要素存量替代服务量对TFP结果带来的影响。我们还将资源再配置效应纳入核算框架,分析其对中国TFP增长的影响。结果表明,整个时期资本和劳动投入的增长率分别为11.7%3.37%,用劳动存量替代劳动投入,TFP会被高估56.18%,用资本和劳动存量替代两者的服务量,TFP会被高估52.81%。我国经济中存在阻碍要素自由流动的障碍从而导致资源错配现象的发生,这可以由市场机制得到纠正。

Using the China Industrial Productivity database,this paper follows the theoretical method to measure the capimeasure total factor productivity(TFP)and explores the impacts of replacing factor inputs.services with their stocks on TFP results.We also include resource reallocation effects into the accounting framework to analyze its impacts on the are 11.7%and 3.3%,respectively;the capital quality deteriorates by 2.32%while labor quality improves by 52.18%.placing labor input with labor stock,and overestimated 52.81%by replacing capital and labor inputs with their stocks.There exist barriers to the free flow of factors in the Chinese economy that causes resources misallocation in China,which could be corrected by following the market mechanism.
