绿色创业导向对农业创业企业绩效的影响--基于绿色动态能力和商业模式创新的链式中介作用

The Influence of Green Entrepreneurial Orientation on Performance of Agricultural Entrepreneurial Enterprises:A Chain Mediating Effect Based on Green Dynamic Capability and Business Model Innovation

绿色创业导向作为实现企业可持续发展的重要战略导向,其与企业绩效的关系尚无定论。文章基于动态能力理论,探索绿色创业导向通过绿色动态能力和商业模式创新影响农业创业企业绩效的内在机制。通过对349份有效样本进行实证分析表明:绿色创业导向不仅对农业创业企业绩效有积极影响,而且有助于绿色动态能力的提升和商业模式的创新;绿色动态能力和商业模式创新在绿色创业导向与农业创业企业绩效的关系中起同步和连续中介作用。研究有助于丰富绿色创业导向对企业绩效影响的内在机制研究,为探索农业创业企业绿色发展与成长路径提供战略参考。

As an important strategic orientation to realize the sustainable development of enterprises,the relationship between green entrepreneurship orientation and enterprise performance has not been determined.Based on the dynamic capability theory,this paper explores the internal mechanism of green entrepreneurial orientation influencing the performance of agricultural entrepreneurial enterprises through green dynamic capability and business model innovation.Through the empirical analysis of 349 valid samples,it shows that green entrepreneurial orientation not only has a positive impact on the performance of agricultural start-ups,but also contributes to the improvement of green dynamic capability and the innovation of business model;green dynamic capability and business model innovation play a synchronous and continuous mediating role in the relationship between green entrepreneurial orientation and agricultural entrepreneurial performance.The research helps to enrich the internal mechanism of the impact of green entrepreneurial orientation on enterprise performance,and provides strategic reference for exploring the path of green development and growth of agricultural entrepreneurial enterprises.
