便携式特高压零值绝缘子检测装置设计与研究

Design and Research of Portable UHV Zero-Value Insulator Detection Device

高压绝缘子是电力系统中广泛使用的设备之一,其优劣程度直接关系到电力系统的安全,稳定运行。大吨位特高压绝缘子交流耐压检测方法在工程现场受到条件限制,检测工作效率低且不易实施,采用高压脉冲检测特高压零值绝缘子的方法研究和便携式检测装置研制具有重要的意义。研制的便携式特高压零值绝缘子检测装置采用小型化的高压脉冲试验电源,能够有效判断零值、低值和高值特高压绝缘子,适应大批量特高压绝缘子现场准确、高效检测的要求。

The high-voltage insulator is one of the widely used devices in power systems,and its quality is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the power system.The test method for AC withstand voltage of large-tonnage UHV insulators is restricted by conditions at the engineering site,and the detection efficiency is low,with difficulty to implement.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the method of using high voltage pulse to detect UHV zero-value insulator and to develop portable detection devices.The portable UHV zero-value insulator detection device developed in this paper adopts a miniaturized high-voltage pulse test power supply,which can effectively judge zero-value,low-value and high-value UHV insulators,and also meet the requirements of accurate and efficient on-site detection of large quantities of UHV insulators.
