高校档案智能化管理系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Intelligent Management System for University Educational Archives

对国内外各大高校的档案管理系统进行了研究和分析,总结了其目前存在的问题。针对问题,基于MVC框架和B/S结构设计,以功能丰富、性能良好、安全性能高和操作简单为设计目标,开发设计了一套高校档案智能化管理系统。对系统的软件结构、功能模块和数据库的设计进行了详细介绍,然后对系统的档案管理模块、参数设置模块、到期提醒模块、报表统计模块和系统管理模块5大关键模块的实现方式和界面进行了说明,最后从功能测试和性能测试两方面对系统进行了测试,测试结果表明,可实现系统设计的功能且响应时间较短,能够大幅提高高校档案管理的效率。

This paper dealswith the archives management systems of university at home and abroad,summarizesits present problems.In view of the problems,a new system is designed based on MVC framework and B/S structure.It takes the design objectiveofabundant functions,good performance,high safety performance and simple operation.The the system structure,function module and database design are introduced in detail,and then five modules,i.e.,file management module,parameter setting module,remind module,report statistic module and system management module are illustrated,including the implementation and interface.Finally,the system is tested from two aspects:function test and performance test.The test results show that the system can realize the function of system design and the response time is short,which can greatly improve the efficiency of university archives management.
