Risk Monitoring and Safety Management Early Warning Technology in Chemical Enterprise

化工企业在我国经济发展的过程中起到了非常重要的作用,为我国的发展带来了强大的经济支持,所以我国经济的发展在一定程度上依赖于化工企业的发展。但是我们不能忽视的一点是,化工企业在运行过程中所生产和使用的产品具备了一定的危险性质,很多产品都具有容易点燃和容易爆炸的性质,而生产的过程存在一定的复杂性,所以需要加强对化工企业风险的监督,提高安全管理能力和水平。本文首先简单地论述了风险监控和安全管理预警技术的相关概念,然后介绍了分辨化工企业风险的三种方法,并且指出了化工企业在进行风险监控和安全管理预警中的不足之处,最后分析了化工企业风险监控技术的具体应用,希望能给化工企业的相关工作人员带来一定的帮助。

Chemical enterprises have played a very important role in the process of the economic development in China and brought strong economic support for the development of China,so China’s economic development depends on the development of chemical enterprises to a certain extent.However,we can’t ignore the fact that the products produced and used by chemical enterprises have certain dangerous properties,many products are easy to ignite and explode,and the production process has certain complexity,so it is necessary to strengthen the risk supervision of chemical enterprises and improve the safety management ability and level.This paper first briefly discusses the related concepts of risk monitoring and safety management early warning technology,then introduces three methods to distinguish the risks of chemical enterprises,and points out the shortcomings of risk monitoring and safety management early warning in chemical enterprises.Finally,it analyzes the specific application of risk monitoring technology in chemical enterprises,hoping to bring some help to the relevant staff of chemical enterprises.
