二氧化碳预裂强化抽采技术在余吾煤业的应用

摘要 余吾煤业开采3号煤层,属于高瓦斯、低透气性开采条件,原有的瓦斯灾害防治技术手段已经难以适应安全、高效生产的要求,为此,在N2103工作面回风顺槽进行二氧化碳预裂强化抽采试验,结果表明:初始瓦斯抽采纯量平均比普通钻孔提高了52.5%,瓦斯抽采纯量的衰减期延长,提高了瓦斯抽采效果,为条件相近巷道的瓦斯治理提供了技术参考。 No.3 coal seam in Yuwu Coal Industry mining belongs to the mining conditions of high gas and low permeability,and the original gas disaster prevention and control technology has been difficult to meet the requirements of safe and efficient production.Therefore,the carbon dioxide presplitting enhanced drainage test was carried out in the return air gateway of N2103 working face,and the results showed that the initial gas drainage pure quantity increased by 52.5%on average compared with ordinary drilling holes,and the attenuation period of gas drainage pure quantity prolonged,which improved the gas drainage effect and provided technical reference for gas control in roadways with similar conditions.
