Troubleshooting and Maintenance Analysis of Radheader

矿井巷道掘进作业中,掘进机属于核心设备,其集合多种功能于一体,是实现矿井采掘有序、高效交替进行的基础设施保障。但由于作业情况的复杂性,作业环境的恶劣性与多变性,掘进机故障的发生率较高,影响矿井稳定生产。文章主要对掘进机的常见故障及故障排除方法、掘进机的维护方法进行了分析。

Roadheader is the core equipment in mine roadway driving operation,which integrates multiple functions and is the infrastructure guarantee to realize orderly and efficient alternation of mine excavation.However,due to the complexity of working conditions and the abominability and variability of working environment,the failure rate of roadheader is high,which affects the stable production of mine.This paper mainly analyzes the common faults and troubleshooting methods and the maintenance methods of roadheader.
