综采工作面机械化拆除回撤施工线的应用

摘要 随着煤矿开采速度的不断加快,综采工作面拆安工程量成倍增加,安全管控难度也越来越大,对综采工作面的拆除回撤提出了更高的要求,为了实现综采工作面的快速回撤,应该使用机械化拆除回撤。本文介绍了综采工作面机械化拆除回撤施工线以及使用的设备,并分析了其取得的实践效果表明:与传统工艺对比,使用机械化拆除回撤施工线安全可靠,避免了钢丝绳和单体柱伤人的安全隐患,大幅降低了劳动强度。 With the continuous acceleration of coal mining speed,the amount of demolition and installation works of fully mechanized working face has multiplied,and the difficulty of safety control has become more and more serious,which puts forward higher requirements for the demolition and retreat of fully mechanized working face.In order to realize the rapid retreat of fully mechanized working face,mechanized demolition and retreat should be used.This paper introduces the mechanized demolition and retreat construction line and the equipment used in fully mechanized coal mining face,and analyzes the practical results obtained.It shows that,compared with traditional technology,it is safe and reliable to use mechanized demolition and retreat construction line,which avoids the potential safety hazard of wire rope and single column hurting people and greatly reduces labor intensity.
