摘要
江苏富强60万吨/年离子膜烧碱中的一次盐水采用全卤工艺。将盐水过滤、膜法除硝、MVR蒸发和元明粉有机的结合起来。流程合理,操作稳定,投资与运行综合费用低,能耗低,三废排放少。
The primary brine in Jiangsu Fuqiang 600,000 tons/year ion-exchange membrane caustic soda adopts total brine process.Salt water filtration,membrane denitration,MVR evaporation and sodium sulfate are organically combined.Reasonable process,stable operation,low comprehensive cost of investment and operation,low energy consumption and less discharge of waste gas,waste water and waste residue.
