小型高效智能换热机组新工艺推广与应用

摘要 资源短缺现象是世界面临的共同问题,在我国资源短缺现象尤为严重,由于我国在资源方面的消耗严重,特别是取暖方面的资源浪费更是频繁,但是有些资源不可再生,由于我国传统的工艺还比较落后,不仅增加了工作人员的工作难度,同时还使很多热能白白浪费,虽然我国也制定一些方法解决存在的问题,但是没有显著的成效。基于这种情况,本文提出小型高效智能热机组新工艺推广的课题。并阐述了我国的热交换站存在的问题,通过对传统工艺进行分析,同时分析存在的一些缺点和不足,论述小型高效智能热换机的新型工艺的方法,阐述其应用过程中的优点,通过对文中提出论点,希望在对居民供暖的时候,可以采取文中的建议,使用新型的工艺方法,为供暖方面提供一些建议和对策。 The shortage of resources is a common problem facing the world,especially in China.Due to the serious consumption of resources,especially the waste of heating resources,some resources are not renewable.Because of the backward traditional technology in China,it not only increases the difficulty of the staff,but also makes a lot of heat energy waste,although our country also formulated some methods to solve the existing problems,but there is no significant effect.Based on this situation,this paper puts forward the subject of new technology promotion of small and efficient intelligent heat generating unit.This paper expounds the problems existing in the heat exchange station of our country,through the analysis of the traditional process,at the same time,analyzes some shortcomings and shortcomings,discusses the new process method of small and efficient intelligent heat exchanger,expounds the advantages in the application process,and puts forward some points in the paper,hoping that when heating residents,we can take the suggestions in the paper and use the new process methods to provide some suggestions and countermeasures for heating.
