摘要
从水文的角度看,整个长江流域是一个韧性承洪系统,上中下游的各个水文城镇通过江河湖泊紧密联系在一起,通过水利工程的防护和协同调蓄作用、城市规划和设计等共同应对洪涝问题。文章从水文和雨洪韧性的角度梳理了长江流域的典型水文城市类型及其洪涝问题,探讨水文与城镇形态结构模式的关系以及洪涝特征随水文、地理及降雨量等变化的一般规律,希望对未来水文韧性城镇城市设计策略的研究提供分类类型学的研究基础。
From the hydrological point of view,the whole Yangtze River basin is a resilient flood bearing system.The hydrological cities in the upper,middle,and lower reaches are closely linked together through rivers and lakes.The flood problems are dealt with the protection and synergistic regulation of water conservancy projects,urban planning and design,etc.In this paper,the typical hydrological urban types and flood problems in the Yangtze River basin are discussed from the perspective of hydrology and rain flood resilience.The relationship between hydrology and urban morphological and structural patterns,and the general laws of flood characteristics changing with hydrology,geography and rainfall are analyzed.It is hoped to provide a basic study for the typological flood response in the hydrological resilient cities in the future.
