上海某住宅建筑石材幕墙安全性检查和评价

Safety Examination and Evaluation to the Stone Material Curtain Wall of a Residential Construction in Shanghai

文章以上海某住宅建筑为例,通过对石材幕墙相关技术资料的核查、所使用材料的检测、结构构造的检查及结构承载力的验算,并依据上海市地方标准《建筑幕墙安全性能检测评估技术规程》(DG/TJ 08—803—2013)做出综合评定,分析该建筑外立面存在的问题和安全隐患,探讨既有石材幕墙安全运行的对策及建议。

A residential construction in Shanghai is taken as an example in this paper,through checking relevant technical data of stone material curtain wall,detecting the adopted materials,examining the structure and texture and the calculation of structural-load-carrying capacity,and through comprehensive assessment made according to TECHNICAL REGULATION FOR SAFETY PERFORMANCE DETECTION EVALUATION OF ARCHITECTURAL CURTAIN WALL(DG/TJ 08-803-2013)which is a local standard of Shanghai,the existing problems and hidden trouble in safety of the outer elevation of that construction are analyzed,and the countermeasures and proposals for safe operation of existing stone material curtain wall are discussed.
