我国粮食储备体系的历史流变与问题研究综述

Review on the Historical Changes and Problems of China's Grain Reserve System

粮食储备是保障经济平稳运行和人民富足生活的决定性因素。文章以文献综述的方式,从我国粮食储备建立初期开始对储备体系进行梳理和阶段划分,并对现阶段我国粮食储备体系中的政府储备、企业储备和民间储备的研究现状进行系统综述,并且就存在的问题展开理论分析,最后提出我国粮食储备体系有待研究的三个方面,以期为后续研究提供参考。

Grain reserves are the decisive factors to ensure the smooth operation of the economy and the rich life of the people.In this paper,from the beginning of the establishment of China's grain reserve,the author systematically summarizes the current research status of government reserve,enterprise reserve and private reserve in China's grain reserve system,and carries out theoretical analysis on the existing problems.Finally,three aspects of China's grain reserve system are put forward in order to provide reference for further research.
