后疫情时代下中哈跨境物流发展研究

Research on the Development of Cross Border Logistics between China and Kazakhstan in the Post Epidemic Era

2020年,全球爆发新冠肺炎疫情,给各个国家各个行业带来巨大冲击。中国由于疫情发现早、管控严,使疫情得到良好控制,并较早进入后疫情时代,而哈萨克斯坦却依然在经历第二波疫情爆发。文章从物流结构、物流服务、物流信息系统三个方面阐述了后疫情时代下中哈跨境物流的发展趋势,并建议两国从管控疫情、提高信息化水平、深化物流服务来应对外部环境变化,及时响应行业转型。

In 2020,COVID-19 outbreak in the world,or global pandemic,has brought great impact to various industries in various countries.Due to the early detection and strict control of the epidemic situation in China,the epidemic situation has been well controlled and entered the post epidemic era earlier.However,Kazakhstan is still experiencing the second wave of outbreak.This paper expounds the development trend of cross-border logistics between China and Kazakhstan in the post epidemic era from three aspects of logistics structure,logistics service and logistics information system,and suggests that the two countries should cope with the changes of external environment by controlling the epidemic situation,improving the level of informatization and deepening the logistics service,so as to timely respond to the industry transformation.
