高职院校国际化办学实践研究——基于贵州43所高职院校的调查分析

On the Practice of Running Internationalized Higher Vocational Schools:Based on the Investigation and Analysis on 43 Higher Vocational Schools of Guizhou

高职院校国际化办学要顺应时代发展潮流。通过对贵州省43所高职院校国际化办学实践的调查,贵州部分高职院校已将国际化办学作为自身发展的重要措施,正积极开展国际合作与交流,并探索国际化办学的多元路径,但存在国际化办学规模小、发展水平低、国际化教师队伍建设有待加强等问题。因此,贵州各级地方政府应从政策、经费各方面提供支持保障,贵州各高职院校要加强国际化建设,与跨国企业积极合作,多方合力共同提高贵州高职院校国际化办学水平。

Internationalization in running higher vocational schools keeps up with the trend of the times.This article has found out,through investigation of practicing internationalization in 43 higher vocational schools of Guizhou,that part of them has taken internationalized operation as an important factor for their own development and are now actively carrying through international cooperation and exchange and exploring diversified paths for internationalized operation.However,such problems in internationalized school running as small scale,low level of development and construction of internationalized faculties yet to be expected still exist.Therefore,local governments of Guizhou at all levels should provide safeguard on the aspects of policy and expenditure and all higher vocational schools of Guizhou shall intensify construction of internationalized operation,actively cooperate with transnational enterprises and jointly elevate internationalized school-running level through multi-party cooperation.
