广西近代圩镇分布特点对发展流域经济的启示

Distribution Characteristics of Guangxi’s Modern Market Towns and Revelation of River Basin Economy Development

传统广西圩镇大多濒河而建。从清代到民国时期,广西圩镇分布格局的变化是:清代以水运线为枢纽,圩镇因水而兴,影响较大的圩镇基本上都建在河流两岸;民国时期,随着公路网的出现,圩镇排布有向陆路交通线转移的趋势。广西近代圩镇主要沿河分布的特点及其变迁对于当代发展流域经济具有启示意义:一要继续建设圩镇,尤其要重视把圩镇建设与城镇化建设结合起来,由此推动城乡一体化建设;二要加强流域内的协调和区域间的协调;三要合理开发流域资源,重视环境保护和绿色发展;四要完善流域内基础设施建设。

Traditionally,market towns in Guangxi have been built along rivers.From the Qing Dynasty to the period of the Republic of China,Guangxi’s market towns have undergone such variation in terms of distribution pattern:in the Qing Dynasty,waterways were transportation hubs,around which market towns arose,thus market towns with great influence were built mostly alongside rivers;in the period of the Republic of China,with the emergence of highway network,distribution of market towns had the trend to transfer to land transportation lines.Such characteristics and variation of river-alongside distribution of Guangxi’s market towns provide revelational significance to development of modern river basin economy:Firstly,keep construction of market towns,especially pay attention to combine market town construction with urbanization,thus to promote urban-rural integration;secondly,intensify coordination within river basins and between the regions;thirdly,reasonably exploit river basin resources and pay attention to environmental protection and green development;fourthly,complete construction of infrastructure in the river basins.
