八段锦联合脑电生物反馈治疗学龄期ADHD疗效观察 被引量:7

Effect of Baduanjin combined with EEG biofeedback in the treatment of school-age children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

摘要 目的探讨八段锦联合脑电生物反馈治疗学龄期注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿的临床效果。方法选取112例ADHD患儿为研究对象,采用前瞻性研究的方法,把入选病例分为对照组(n=56)与观察组(n=56),在常规药物治疗的基础上,对照组采取脑电生物反馈治疗,观察组采取八段锦联合脑电生物反馈治疗。治疗2月后,采用Conners儿童行为问卷(父母版)评估患儿行为表现,采用视听整合持续操作测试系统(IVA-CPT)评估患儿注意力、控制能力。比较两组患儿治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组患儿θ波频率低于治疗前(P<0.05),β波及SMR波频率高于治疗前(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后品行、学习、身心、多动指数、冲动及多动、焦虑等Conners评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后注意力商数、视觉注意、听觉注意、控制力商数、视觉控制力、听觉控制力等IVA-CPT评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)、总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿恶心呕吐、食欲不振、头痛、失眠等不良反应发生率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论八段锦联合脑电生物反馈疗法有利于改善ADHD患儿脑电波频率及行为表现,提高其注意力及控制能力,疗效确切、安全性高。 Aim To investigate the clinical effect of Baduanjin combined with EEG biofeedback in the treatment of school-age children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods One hundred and twelve cases of children with ADHD were selected as the research object and they were divided into control group(n=56)and observation group(n=56)by prospective study.On the basis of conventional drug treatment,the control group was treated with EEG biofeedback,and the observation group was treated with Baduanjin combined with EEG biofeedback.After 2 months of treatment,Conners children s behavior questionnaire(parent version)was used to evaluate children s behavior performance,and integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test(IVA-CPT)was used to evaluate children s attention and control ability.Results After treatment,theta wave frequency of the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),βwave and SMR wave frequency was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the Conners scores of conduct,learning,body and mind,hyperactivity index,impulsive hyperactivity and anxiety of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IVA-CPT scores of attention quotient,visual attention,auditory attention,control quotient,visual control and auditory control of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,headache,insomnia and other adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin combined with EEG biofeedback therapy is beneficial to improve the EEG frequency and behavior performance,attention and control ability of children with ADHD,with definite curative effect and high safety.
