基于价值医疗理念的智慧医院建设研究

Research on the Construction of Value-Based Smart Hospital

目的构建基于价值医疗理念的智慧医院建设路径,评估建设效果,为我国智慧医院建设提供参考。方法通过梳理价值医疗3个内涵与智慧医院建设3个维度之间的关系,设计建设路径,应用相关指标从医疗质量、成本控制及满意度3个方面进行效果评估。结果基于价值医疗理念推进智慧医院建设,医疗质量显示手术患者并发症发生率从0.42%降低至0.15%;成本控制方面万元收入能耗支出从0.02吨标煤/万元下降到0.01吨标煤/万元;满意度显示门诊患者满意度从81.53分提高到85.20分,住院患者满意度从85.12分提高到91.66分。结论通过基于价值理念的智慧医院建设,医院医疗质量显著提高,成本得到相对控制,患者满意度有效提升。

Objective To construct a path for the construction of smart hospitals for value-based medical care,and to evaluate the construction effects,so as to provide references for smart hospital construction in China.Methods By sorting out the relationship between the three connotations of value-based medical care and the three dimensions of smart hospital construction,designing the construction path,and applying relevant indicators to evaluate the effects from aspects of medical quality,cost control and satisfaction.Results The medical quality,cost control and satisfaction before and after the construction of the smart hospital have been significantly improved.Conclusion Through the construction of value-based smart hospitals,the quality of hospital medical care has been significantly improved,costs have been relatively con trolled,and patient satisfaction has bee n effectively improved.
