随着我国卫生健康信息化建设工作的不断推进和应用成果的不断积累,全民健康信息化发展步入高质量发展阶段,立体直观展现各地建设情况、客观找准发展短板并引领发展方向十分必要。围绕治理、建设、应用等层面构建我国卫生健康信息化发展模型,并对应内容选取具有代表性核心指标,采用专家打分设置指标权重,兼顾科学合理性、可操作性、导向性,形成卫生健康信息化发展指数,评价比较各地区的卫生信息化发展水平和发展进程。

With the continuous promotion of china's national health informatization construction work and the accumulation of application results,the national health informatization has entered a stage of highquality development.It is necessary to display the construction situation in various regions in a threedimensional and intuitive manner and objective identify the development shortcomings and lead the development direction.This paper builds China's national health informatization development model around governance,construction and application,and selects representative core indicators for corresponding content,sets the index weight by expert scoring method,takes into account scientific rationality,operability and orientation,and forms the index of national health informatization development.It aims to promote the overall improvement of the national health informatization level.
