健康医疗大数据标签体系构建方法研究

Research on the Construction Method of the Tag System for Health Care Big Data

在界定健康医疗大数据标签相关概念的基础上,以国家全民健康保障信息平台为应用场景,分析了健康医疗大数据用户的类别及其信息需求,提出了健康医疗大数据标签体系的分类框架、标签维度和标签的设计方法,以及标签命名和取值的标准化原则,搭建了健康医疗大数据标签管理系统的基本架构,研究结果能够为该领域数据标签体系构建提供适宜的方法学指导。建立健康医疗大数据标签体系,不仅能够提升用户利用数据资源的效率,而且有利于机器学习和数据挖掘算法的深度应用,支持科学管理与循证决策。

Based on the definition of health care big data tag related concepts,taking the national health insurance information platform as the application scenario,this study analyzes the categories of health care big data users and their information needs,puts forward the classification framework of health care big data tag system,the design method of tag dimensions and tags,as well as the standardization principle of tag naming and value,and builds the basic architecture of the tag management system.The research results can provide appropriate methodological guidance for the construction of data tag system in this field.The establishment of health care big data tag system can not only improve the efficiency of users'utilization of data resources,but also facilitate the deep application of machine learning and data mining algorithm,and support scientific management and evidence-based decision-making.
