跨区域医疗信息共享与业务协同标准建设探索

Exploration of Cross-Regional Medical Information Sharing and Business Collaboration Standard Construction

基于国家全民健康信息四级平台体系,南通市卫生健康委在国家卫生健康委领导下,以及上海市卫生健康委和江苏省卫生健康委的全力支持和协助下,成功完成了国家全民健康信息跨域互联互通业务协同试点工作,在全国范围内首次试点实现了基于全民健康信息平台的跨区域居民电子健康档案互联共享,初步实现了跨区域预约挂号和远程医疗服务。本研究介绍了试点过程中最关键的跨区域标准规范建设和制定情况,对未来其他地域间开展跨区域共享联动,以及形成完整的就诊数据链信息提供一定参考价值。

Based on the four-level national health system,under the leadership of National Health Commission,as well as the full support and cooperation of Shanghai Municipal Health Commission and Jiangsu Health Commission,the Nantong Health Committee has successfully completed the pilot project-Cross-regional Interconnection and Collaboration of National Medical Health Information.It has realized the interconnection and sharing of cross-regional residents'electronic health records based on the national health information platform nationwide for the first time,and initially realized cross-regional online registration and remote medical services at the same time.The thesis is to introduce the most important part in the pilot project-the establishment and formulation of cross-regional standard,which willbe of certain reference value to the cross-regionalinterconnection and information sharing among cities in the future.
