Research on Application of Mobile Information Management System in Hospital Nursing Management

目的探索移动信息管理系统应用在医院护理管理中的效果。方法选取东方市人民医院2018年11月至2019年7月全部科室实施常规护理管理方法作为对照组。选取2019年8月至2020年4月全部科室在常规护理管理方法的基础上加以移动信息管理系统进行管理作为观察组。结果观察组的病区管理评分、基础护理评分、危重患者评分、护理文书评分、专科护理评分、健康教育评分、消毒隔离评分以及护理安全评分显著高于对照组,数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的及时到岗评分、不良事件上报评分、信息交流评分、措施执行评分显著低于对照组,数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率为98.47%,显著高于对照组的总满意率76.42%,数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理工作中使用移动护理管理系统,能够优化患者就诊流程和医院工作流程,提高临床医护人员工作能力,提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of mobile information management system application in hospital nursing management.Methods All departments in our hospital from November 2018 to July 2019 were selected to implement routine nursing management methods as the control group.Select all departme nts in our hospital from August 2019 to April 2020 to be man aged by a mobile in formation management system based on conventional nursing management methods as observation group.Results The observation group's ward management score,basic nursing score,critically ill patient score,nursing document score,specialist nursing score,health education score,disinfection isolation score,and nursing safety score were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observati on group's scores on timely arrival,adverse eve nt reporting scores,information exchange scores,and measures implementation scores were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.47%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.42%,and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the mobile information management system for management in hospital nursing work can optimize the patient consultation procedures and the hospital workflows,improve the work capabilities of clinical medical staff,and improve patient satisfaction.
