摘要 采用溶剂热法,用H_(6)P_(2)Mo_(9)W_(9)O_(62)对金属有机骨架MIL-101(Fe)进行修饰,制备出一种新型的金属有机骨架复合材料H_(6)P_(2)Mo_(9)W_(9)O_(62)/MIL-101(Fe),弥补各自的不足,实现材料在吸附领域的较好应用.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-线粉末衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG)等表征手段对所制备的材料进行表征.同时,以甲基紫为目标染料废水,探究该复合材料对甲基紫的吸附性能,通过控制不同的温度、质量浓度、pH以及重复利用实验来探究H_(6)P_(2)Mo_(9)W_(9)O_(62)/MIL-101(Fe)对吸附量的影响.实验结果表明:H_(6)P_(2)Mo_(9)W_(9)O_(62)/MIL-101(Fe)对甲基紫具有良好的吸附性能,在pH为4的条件下,达到最大的吸附量,随染料质量浓度不断增加,吸附量逐渐增大.且该吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,经Langmuir参数发现该吸附是自发且吸热的良好吸附过程. A new metal-organic matrix composite H_(6)P_(2)Mo_(9)W_(9)O_(62)/MIL-101(Fe) was prepared by solvothermal modification of metal-organic matrix MIL-101(Fe) with H_(6)P_(2)Mo_(9)W_(9)O_(62) to make up for their shortcomings and achieve better application in the field of adsorption.The prepared materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and thermo gravimetric analysis (TG).Meanwhile,with methyl violet as the target dye wastewater,the adsorption performance of the composite material for methyl violet was investigated.The effect of H_(6)P_(2)Mo_(9)W_(9)O_(62)/MIL-101(Fe) on the adsorption capacity was investigated by controlling different temperature,concentration,pH and reuse experiments.The experimental results show that H_(6)P_(2)Mo_(9)W_(9)O_(62)/MIL-101(Fe) has good adsorption performance for methyl violet,and reaches the maximum adsorption capacity at pH 4.With the increase of dye concentration,the adsorption capacity gradually increases.The adsorption conforms to Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.Langmuir parameters show that the adsorption process is spontaneous and endothermic.
