Innovation and entrepreneurship community model for transformation and upgrading of science and technology industry:Taking the engineering equipment manufacturing industry in Jining City of Shandong Province as an example

结合山东省及济宁市工程装备产业发展现状,以工程机械智能装备创新创业共同体的建设经验为例,分析了产业创新创业共同体建设的必要性,围绕创新链、产业链、人才链、金融链一体化布局,从不同视角探讨了产业创新创业共同体的运作模式、存在问题和建设经验,阐述了创新创业共同体在引领产业发展方向、组织企业协同创新、壮大全省产业集群的重要责任和作用。

In the context of the development of the engineering equipment industry in Shandong Province and Jining City, with the experience of the construction of machinery intelligent equipment innovation and entrepreneurship community as an example,this paper analyzes the importance of the construction of the industrial innovation and entrepreneurship community, and puts forward the operation mode, the existing problems and the construction experience of the industrial innovation and entrepreneurship community from different perspectives around the integrated layout of the innovation chain, the industry chain,the talent chain and the financial chain, focusing on the important responsibility and the role of the innovation and the entrepreneurship community in guiding the industrial development, organizing the enterprise collaborative innovation, and strengthening the industrial cluster of the whole province.
