羊毛/聚酰亚胺混纺经编针织面料的开发及性能测试

Development and performance test of wool/polyimide blended warp knitted fabric

文章介绍了经编针织毛/聚酰亚胺(80/20)面料的工艺流程、工艺参数和工艺配方,讨论了产品各生产工序对产品质量的影响:采用紧密纺纱线;织造张力和密度小;预定型150℃×1 min;活性染料兰纳素黑CE 2.7%(omf),LDW630CE低温促染剂3%,染色温度85℃,保温50 min,开发出黑黄双色效果的经编针织面料。经测试,混纺羊毛经编面料耐水洗色牢度、耐干摩擦色牢度达到4.0级,耐湿摩擦色牢度为3.5级,面料透气性好、强力高、抗起毛起球、防毡缩、保暖性好、阻燃性好。

This paper introduces the technological process,technological parameters and formula of warp knitted wool/polyimide(80/20)fabric,and discusses the influence of various production processes on the product quality:compact spinning yarn;low weaving tension and density;predetermined type 150℃×1 min;reactive dye Lanasol black CE 2.7%(omf),LDW630CE low temperature promoter 3%,dyeing temperature 85℃,heat preservation 50 min.The warp knitted fabric with black and yellow effect was developed.The test results show that the color fastness to washing and dry rubbing of blended wool warp knitted fabric reach grade 4.0,and the wet rubbing fastness is grade 3.5.The fabric has good air permeability,high strength,anti pilling,anti felting,good warmth retention and flame retardancy.
