摘要
通过文献和实地访谈了解中小型纺织企业在"互联网+"时代的经营现状,发现面对的困境主要集中在顾客稳定性、产品销售模式、品牌质量、生产成本4个方面,得出转型升级的必要性后,联系"互联网+"时代为纺织企业带来的机会,从设备升级、人才培养、管理模式互联网化3个方面进行转型升级。
Through literature and field interviews,the current operation of small and medium-sized textile enterprises in the“Internet+”era is understood.It finds that the difficulties faced mainly focus on the following four aspects:customer stability,product sales model,brand quality and production cost.After getting the necessity of transformation and upgrading,connecting with the opportunities brought to textile enterprises in the era of“Internet+”,the transformation and upgrading are carried out from three aspects:equipment upgrading,talent training and management model of the Internet.
