摘要
为探究幼儿园组织气氛、教师的工作—家庭冲突、离职倾向三者之间的关系,本研究对423名幼儿园教师进行问卷调查。结果发现,被调查的幼儿园教师群体,其所在幼儿园组织气氛良好,自身的工作—家庭冲突较弱,离职倾向较低;幼儿园组织气氛能负向预测教师离职倾向,工作—家庭冲突能正向预测教师离职倾向;工作—家庭冲突在幼儿园组织气氛与离职倾向间起部分中介作用。研究者据此提出相关建议。
In order to explore the relationship among kindergarten organizational climate,work-family contlict, and teachers’ turnover intentions, this study surveyed 423 kindergarten teachers using questionnaire. It is found that the teachers surveyed havelow turnover intentions and the kindergarten organizational climate is satisfactory , their work-family conflict weak;organizationalclimate is negatively correlated with teachers’turnover intentions while work -family conflict is poitively correlated withteachers ’turnover intentions;work -family conflict produces a part of mediating effect between organizational climate andturnover intention. The researcher provides some suggestions accordingly.
